My name is Julien Ouellet, personal philosopher and resource tutor in philosophy at Cégep à distance, mandated by the Government of Quebec to develop distance learning in Quebec's college system.

I hold a Master's degree in Philosophy and a graduate diploma in higher education pedagogy. My approach is primarily inspired by contemporary analytical philosophy, enriched by a growing expertise in collaborative philosophy.

In my role as a resource tutor, I have the privilege of contributing to the development of the philosophical skills of the Quebec population, a mission that deeply excites me. I guide distance learners in exploring major philosophical questions while nurturing their critical thinking and their ability to question the world around them.

The practice of philosophy allows for the development of clear, rigorous, and structured thinking, the analysis of fundamental issues of existence, and the examination of concepts that shape our understanding of the world. It thus enriches our personal and social reflection by providing the tools to clarify our ideas and refine our reasoning.
